SUPERVISION AND CONTROL
Service package 1:
- Regular inspection of the house (e.g. storm damage, mistral damage, thunderstorms, flooding)
- Unplugging electrical equipment from sockets to prevent damage during thunderstorms
- Check traces of theft, attempted theft or vandalism
- Ventilation of the house and activation of the heating system for frost protection
- Checking sanitary facilities for leaks (taps, toilet, shower, bath, etc.)
- Meter readings (water, electricity)
- Taking pictures for the insurance company in case of damage or leakage
- Emptying the letterbox and forwarding official mail when requested
- Maintenance checks: garden, lawn and plants, swimming pool
- Pest control and nest removal
